Rum van 4 jaar oud, 100% gedistilleerd in een batch kettle still. Diplomático Distillery Collection Batch Kettle is een rum die uitsluitend in een batch kettle still gedistilleerd is. Deze semi-continue distillatiemethode is afkomstig uit Canada en wordt traditioneel gebruikt voor de productie van whisky. Deze uitzonderlijke rum is gemaakt van suikerriethoning en heeft 4 jaar gerijpt op vaten van Amerikaanse witte eik. Daardoor is hij zowel complex als zeer evenwichtig. In de neus zijn aroma's van vanille en wild fruit prominent aanwezig, terwijl in de mond tonen van karamel, rood fruit en hout de hoofdrol opeisen. 

Tasting notes :

• Neus : vanille, wild fruit.

• Smaak : houtachtig, karamel, rood fruit.

• Finish : subtiel, zoet, lang.
