Ordering at is completely safe, all online payments are managed by Mollie Online Payment Services. has experience in the field of global shipping of breakable and collectable glasswork and bottles since it’s foundation in 2016. Currently our process is thus perfected that the risk of glas breakage is almost reduced to zero. However we err on the side of caution. Our shipments are provided with a tracking code. When you wish an insurance on your shipment, this should be mentioned as a remark when ordering, depending the order amount we will communicate the amount for such an insurance and a payment invitation for this amount will be added in our communication. Standard, there is no insurance on the shipment meaning that in the event of loss, breakage, e.d. no refund nor replacement will be made. 

We aim to ship our orders in Belgium within 2 working days and within 7 working days to the rest of the world.

Shipping rates
Our website – web shop calculates the shipping rates, exclusive insurance, for your order according the weight of your total order. Orders can be collected during our opening hours from Tuesday up to and including Saturday from 9u00 till 12u00 and from 13u00 till 18u00 in our shop located, Hasseltsestraat 30, 3740 – Bilzen. Please note that orders, when placed, have to be payed in full directly after placing the order. If not your order will be cancelled within the hour and the products will become available again for other customers. We don't hold items in reservation without receiving an online order and payment. 

Where do we currently ship to?
Our shipments outside of Belgium can only be made to a private person, we don't sell to businesses outside of Belgium.

What happens if my parcel is damages when it arrives?
We package carefully and strive for 100% customer satisfaction. In the unlikely event that one or more bottles are damaged during shipment, and you've choses the option to insure your shipment, we ask that you take pictures of the damage and email them to us immediately (within 24 hours after reception of your parcel) so that we can take the necessary steps for replacement. Please note that it is possible for a bottle to sell out between the time your order is fulfilled and your shipment arrives. Should a damaged bottle no longer be available, we will allow you to pick a replacement from our available inventory at equal or lesser value.

*note that we don’t include leaking bottles as subject of ‘damages during transport’. Stoppers and corks of bottles may shrink or expand during temperature changes which can lead to leakage, this a natural phenomenon, same as clouding due to temperature changes, for which we cannot be hold responsible. In the event that you wish to return a leaking bottle we refer to our conditions of retour in our terms and conditions of use.

Minimum legal age?
We may only sell alcohol products to those over the age of 18. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and the minimum legal ae for purchasing alcohol products in your country of residence. When we have doubts about your age we retain the right to cancel your order and refund you the purchase amount minus eventual made costs.

Taxes and Duties?
Alcohol products sold at are subject to Belgian taxation. If we are sending products to an address within the European Union (EU) or overseas, prices are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT 21%). All our prices displayed include 21% VAT. Your order may be subject to local taxes and duties upon arrival in your country, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you need to contact your local customs office if you require further information. Please note that refusing to pay this additional fee wil result in non-delivery of the ordered items and that we will not refund when the goods would be returned to sender.
