How can I place an order?
Surf our webshop and add the bottles you want to your shopping cart and proceed to the check out. In the check out you can select the payment method and possibly enter a different delivery address. Once we have received your payment, we will ship your order in no time.

How are the payments made?
Payments are made in a completely secure manner at Rumology.be. For this we use our partners Mollie Online Payment Services & Paypal. Online payments can only be made through these partners.

Is my shipment insured?
Rumology.be has experience in the worldwide shipping of fragile glassware and bottles since its foundation in 2016. Our packaging method is currently so perfect that the risk of damage is nil. Although we point out that caution is always advised. Our shipments are provided with a tracking code as standard. By default, your order is not insured, if you want this, you must indicate this as a comment in the check out. We will then calculate the cost for this on the basis of your ordered amount and inform you of the additional amount to be paid.

How long is my shipment in transit?
We aim to deliver orders within Belgium within 2 working days and within 7 working days worldwide.

How much are the shipping costs?
Our website - webshop calculates the shipping costs, excluding insurance, for you according to the weight of the total order and the relevant destination.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes, if you live in Belgium you can pick up your order during our opening hours from Tuesday to Saturday between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM and between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM in our physical store, Hasseltsestraat 30, 3740 - Bilzen. Attention: online orders that are picked up in our store must also be paid online immediately after purchase. If this does not happen, the products are considered unpaid and remain available for sale. We do not reserve bottles that are ordered through channels other than our webshop.

Which countries do you ship to?
Outside Belgium, we only ship to private persons. Shipments outside Belgium for companies are not possible. We currently ship to the following countries;

When a package is damaged on arrival?
We pack carefully and strive for 100% customer satisfaction. In the unlikely event that one or more bottles have been damaged in transit and you have chosen to have your shipment insured, we ask that you take photographs of both the packaging and the bottles and return them to us within 24 hours by e-mail so that we can take the necessary steps and proceed with the replacement. Please note that between the time you placed your order and your shipment was delivered, there is a possibility that the desired product may be sold out. If a damaged item is no longer available, we will allow you to select a replacement bottle from our available range of equivalent or lesser value.

*May we add the remark that a leaking bottle is not counted under the heading of 'damage during transport'. Bottle stoppers can shrink and expand due to temperature fluctuations, which can result in leakage, this is a natural phenomenon, just like clouding due to temperature fluctuations, for which we take no responsibility. You can, if desired, return this bottle, the conditions for returning can be found in our general terms and conditions.

Minimum legal age?
We only sell alcoholic products to persons over the age of 18. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or older and that you are of legal age to purchase alcoholic products in the country in which you are located. In case of doubt about your age, we reserve the right to cancel your order with a refund of the purchase price, deducting any costs incurred.

Taxes and Excise?
Alcoholic products sold by Rumology.be are subject to taxes and duties. When we have to ship these products to an address within the European Union (EU) or outside, the prices are subject to VAT. All our prices shown include the VAT. Your order may be subject to local taxes and duties upon arrival in your country, which are levied once your package reaches its destination. All added charges for customs clearance must be paid by you, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. Customs requirements vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs department if you would like more information. Please note that refusing to pay these charges will result in your order not being delivered, we will not refund in case your order is returned to us! 

Gift cards
Our gift vouchers can only be purchased and exchanged in our store. They are valid for 6 months at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, we do not accept gift vouchers that have expired. So remember and pay close attention to exchange it BEFORE the expiration date has passed, so you will not be faced with unexpected surprises.
